Some weeks are not built for the ideal routine.
That does not mean movement has to disappear entirely.
Instead of asking, “What is my workout plan?”, try asking, “What can I choose from today?”
Welcome to the movement menu.
Option A: The Strength Circuit
Choose four movements that cover major patterns: squat, push, pull and hinge. Perform controlled sets with a load appropriate to you.
Twenty focused minutes can be surprisingly useful when you stop negotiating with the clock.
Option B: The Fast Walk
Walk briskly for twenty minutes. Outside if possible.
It requires almost no setup and often doubles as a mental reset.

Option C: Mobility Reset
Spend a few minutes each on areas that feel restricted, then add gentle full-body movement.
Mobility is particularly useful on long sitting days when your body feels folded into a question mark.
Option D: Short Cardio
Choose a manageable interval format on a bike, stairs or another preferred activity. Keep the session appropriate to your fitness level.
Build the Menu Around Friction
The best option is often the one you can begin within five minutes.
Keep shoes accessible. Know your circuit. Save your route. Remove the tiny obstacles that turn intention into postponement.
A busy week does not require fitness heroics.
It requires a system that survives busy weeks.
